Our party date was postponed to 5/5, which was a perfect day to celebrate with CHEESE! AND it seemed our grocery store was loaded with more Cache Valley products than before - we even got to try the butter and string cheese. The string cheese is firm and perfect for homemade fried mozz sticks (we used avocado oil for frying, crushed pork rinds and baking powder for coating.) The mild cheddar block was a bit softer than what we're used to hand shredding, but it still worked. The mozz, hands down , is the best!
